How do I even forum?

Here is the long-awaited walk-through for using the forums. We are incredibly grateful to member @Murgatroyd for volunteering her time and energy to the video. Thank you so much!

As the pro-forum user you are @taokat, did you learn anything new or have you worked it all out now?

I did learn something new @Ngaio-RO which is great. I hadn't actually clicked to see all the topics, so my viewing had been limited. 

One thing I do wonder about, is why next to some of the topics they have a red conversation icon, whereas most of them are black? What does that mean?

It took me a while @taokat but I found out.

What we finally worked out was the red speech bubbles are "Hot Topics" and hot topics have a certain number of posts. The black speech bubbles are just topics. Does that make sense?

Ahhh thank you so much @Ngaio-RO. Now I know! I knew there had to be a reason for it :-)
