You are not alone, my 17 year old son with ADHD is exactly the same. I felt better about when I realised his room was next level messy. This is not the mess of your standard teenager, it is the mess of someone with an executive functioning disorder. Once, I realised he is literally not able to keep his room tidy it took the emotion out of it. I scan the room for food scraps and wet clothes and then close the door. I have kindly reminded him that if he does not bring his clothes out to wash then that is up to him. This has actually worked over the last few months. I also recommend this book "Organizing Solutions For People With ADHD" which I borrowed from the library. It is never going to look pristine but with help she can get rid of the food scraps.

It looks like you’re visiting us from a country other than Australia.
We are an Australian service and think you’d benefit more from looking up a similar service in your country.
You are welcome to look around the forums, but please don’t make an account or post, as we can’t offer you the help you may need.
Before you go ahead and post, you should know that we remove non-Australian accounts – not because we don’t want to help or connect with you, but because we may not be able to provide you with the service that you require.
