Hi, I just want to share that learning meditation was very helpful with calming my stress/anxiety and with my family relationships. It takes 10 minutes a day, and really makes everything better. It can be learnt virtually or in person. Just be consistent with it.

Hi @fmendizabal, welcome to the forum and thank for sharing your experiences with meditation. It can be such a great way to cope with our daily stresses and help us live more mindfully. Do you ever meditate with your teen/s?
As you say, it doesn't need to take long, or cost anything, and is a wonderful form of self-care. When I'm really stressed, even to stop for a few minutes and focus on my breathing helps centre me again
