My 15yr old self harming and depressed

I just found out an hour ago my 15yr old daughter is self harming. I immediately reached out to a counselor to get her in to be seen. I then found this forum. I am overwhelmed and want advice. I work a lot but want to support my daughter. She was honest and open about how she self harmed. I just want to help her and love on her. If there is any direction or further advice that can be offered it is appreciated.
