Hi @Skye33I know it would be hard but maybe you coild encourage your son to train for the half marathon as well. My son suffers anxiety too..he is 17. We have been working out 3 afternoons a week..two days weights and one we go up a big hill for a hike. It is helping his mood and anxiety and confidence a lot..he too has no real friends. Ithink you should definetely try to include him in your training..he may not always want to but even a few times a week would do him the world of good...it might even get him off his anti depressants
