Been to countless dr appointments and they still dont know what going on. My foot keeps swelling up and turns dark purple. And extremely painful. The medicine will bring the swelling down. But within 1-2 days of the prescription ending it will just swell back up. This is a neverending cycle that has lasted since the beginning of 2020. So other than using crutches to go to the bathroom I sit in my bed 24/7.

I'm so sorry to hear you're going through that on top of this situation with your son. Do you have anyone in your life that supports you with this? I can imagine how hard it would be to process how things are with your son, on top of being immobile. We are here for you when you need to vent @HurtingnSoCal
