Join us this Friday 15th December @ 8pm (AEDST) for Ab Fab Friday's!!!
This week's topic is 'What do you do for self care?'
In our busy and often stressful lives as parents it's easy to fall into the trap of forgetting to look after ourselves. I'm sure we can all relate! The promotion of self care is something I value about ReachOut, so tonight I'd like to focus on us as mum's and dad's, and the things we do to take care of ourselves.
If self care is a new term to you, come along and find out what it's all about and ways you can introduce it into your parenting protocol!
How do I take part?
Simply come back to this thread at 8pm Friday night and start chatting!

Haha! No spoiler, I tagged you hoping you might be free @Nick-RO
I only started the thread today, so hoping we'll have some other members too! I've been a bit slack on it, tut, tut.
See you soon!

I'm going to pop my head in but just going out for a celebratory meal with mr 12 for making it to high school - his choice is parmis - anyways - I might be a little late.

Congratulations to your son, that's awesome!! Parmi sounds good - yum! He has good taste I'm so happy for you both.
You've inspired me to take my daughter out one night too - finishing year 10 and getting into tafe is a big deal for us!

Hi @taokat just thinking about what I do for myself and really I never think about it. I like routine and try to stick to things but never really give what I need a thought. Not sure how to tackle it. Any suggestions.
