Teaching English to 3 years old

Hi All!

I am home-schooling for 3 years old boy. Our mother tongue is Korean so he is very verbal to it but not English at all since we haven't introduced the English environment and we mostly speak in our Mother tongue at home. Can you advise me how to teach English in speaking?
