Tai Chi for Relaxation

I've recently started Tai Chi classes at my local gym and I'm absolutely loving it. 

 

I've done Yoga and Meditation which I have enjoyed and benefited from, but after trying Tai Chi for the first time, realised I've finally found my thang! I think it's the flowing movements that I love, and the respect for our qi (our energy force). I find there's something very soothing about it, and also find it strengthening for my positive sense of self. Movements and breathing are controlled which requires concentration, giving my mind a break from everything else that's going on in my life. 

Something I highly recommend!

 

Are there any other members who do tai chi, or who've ever considered it?
