Whether your teen already has an ADHD diagnosis or you’re wondering whether they could have ADHD, we have some great resources to support you both as they start or continue their neurodivergent journey. 

 

1 in 20 young people in Australia are diagnosed with ADHD. Although the name (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) lends itself to thinking that ADHD solely affects a person's ability to focus or stay still - there is actually a lot more to it than that. If you suspect that your teen may be showing signs of ADHD, it can be extremely helpful to seek support and guidance from a medical professional.
