Oh sweet,   The pain of menopause alone without he dodgy emotions of others.. I have no idea who I am or what I am doing or the lack of mouth filter the list as you know wants me to fall into the igloo by myself for the next 10 yrs. My kids have boundaries they also have no door due to poor mental health. My 17 yr SN girl needs me - there is nothing in my tank. Right now I am not succeeding in the parenting department. I am also a MH professional. It is a whole different ball game when you can't hand them over and the empathy .. mine has long gone and I now parent using clinical skills bc I cannot cope. Did I wonder if I was doing the right thing by accessing my knowledge Like all I asked the other professionals all they could say to me is you are doing the best you can with the skills you have.
