Oh sweet,   The pain of menopause alone without he dodgy emotions of others.. I have no idea who I am or what I am doing or the lack of mouth filter the list as you know wants me to fall into the igloo by myself for the next 10 yrs. Right now I am not succeeding in the parenting department. I am also a MH professional. It is a whole different ball game when you can't hand them over and the empathy .. mine has long gone and I now parent using clinical skills bc I cannot cope. Did I wonder if I was doing the right thing by accessing my knowledge Like all I asked the other professionals all they could say to me is you are doing the best you can with the skills you have.
