I understand the gynecomastia is a significant issue for him that he's really concerned about. When other paediatricians told your son about the gynecomastia dissapearing in puberty, how did he feel about that? Was he comforted at all knowing this would only be temporary? I get that it would still be very tough though, being a teen is hard enough as it is without having any additional worries about things that make us different.   It's great you've got another paediatrician appointment lined up, do you think you'll be able to chat to them about other anti-depressant options? There are a huge range out there and sometimes it can take a while to find the right one. In the meantime, is there anything you can do together that you enjoy?
