My 13 years old son first girlfriend

My son is 13 years old and he told me that he have a girlfriend and he would like to go to the movies with her, or if she can come home on weekend to hangout. I want some advice, should I say” yes” and stay distance to observe the situation or say” No” and have a serious talk with him about relationship and it will be best to wait  and concentrate on is studies instead.  if someone can help i'll truly appreciated. thank you   ...
