The following groups of people participate and monitor the ReachOut parent forums to ensure they’re a productive and safe space. If you have any concerns please contact us or reply below! To find out more about ReachOut parents please click here.
The team
Peer supporters The heart, soul & backbone of our community! These parents are trained and experienced who volunteer to represent ReachOut and play a critical role in making sure we have a positive impact on parents and their teenagers. We'll be looking to train more parent peer supporters in October 2016. Stay tuned for more info.
Mods: These guys look after the forums at night and on the weekends. They're professional moderators and are trained and experienced in both managing communities and mental health - but are not counsellors. The moderators are here to help you have the best possible experience on ReachOut and make sure things run smoothly.
Community managers The lucky people whose job it is to work full time here in the forum! To find out more about them, visit Sophie or Ben's profile page
ReachOut.com staff From time to time, staff who work on other areas of the service/organisation (such as content, research, tech design, social media or fundraising) will come and say hello to us here in the forums.

It looks like you’re visiting us from a country other than Australia.
We are an Australian service and think you’d benefit more from looking up a similar service in your country.
You are welcome to look around the forums, but please don’t make an account or post, as we can’t offer you the help you may need.
Before you go ahead and post, you should know that we remove non-Australian accounts – not because we don’t want to help or connect with you, but because we may not be able to provide you with the service that you require.
