Make an appointment

Hi, and apologies if this is posted to wrong board (I'm a newbie).

I am attempting to make an appointment on the My First Appointment page however it's not clear on how to do so.  I've clicked right through the calendar selecting Next Week however no matter what day/date or time I click on nothing happens.

Anyone out there experience the same thing or know how to make an appointment?

Or does anyone know if there's a contact number for assistance?
