Celebrating NAIDOC week 2019!
This week, the 7th-14th of July 2019 we are celebrating NAIDOC week. NAIDOC Week is all about celebrating Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture, histories and achievements. NAIDOC stands for National Aborigines and Islander Day Observance Committee, the committee were the people who first started this week and now share it's name. This NAIDOC week, ReachOut Australia partnered with Indigenous Internship Program Career Trackers to host a Facebook Live event to discuss what this year's theme of "Voice. Treaty. Truth" means to three young Aboriginal leaders, and why it is important to young people. EY, as partners of both ReachOut and Career Trackers, are generously supporting this event.
