Hi @Hope-2022 and welcome to the ReachOut forums!

I'm sorry to hear that you've been feeling anxious about your son going back to school, that sounds really difficult. Going back to school can be a really stressful time for both parents and children, so I can definitely understand where your coming from. Is there something in particular that you're worried about, that might be causing you to feel so anxious?

If you are interested in having a bit of a read, we do have a great thread on going back to school, and I wonder if maybe it might give you some ideas on things you can try.

As this can be such a hard situation to be in, I was just wondering what supports you have around you right now? If you would like to talk to someone about this, there is a really great support service called Parentline that might be able to help.
