My son has mental health issues

My son is 19 with ASD, ADHD, and severe anxiety disorder. The past 12 months his mental health has deteriorated to the point he doesn't want to live anymore. It seems no matter what I do I'm a bad mother and this hurts. I've tried so many doctors and specialists and can't find anyone who will help. I can get counselling for me but he really needs help. I'm so scared he will hurt himself or even me, I don't know where else to turn, I've tried everything

I'm so sorry to read about your son's mental health.  Having a child struggle must be one of the hardest things a parent has to go through  Did anything happen over the 12 months to exacerbate his distress?  You mentioned him not wanting to live.  I just wanted to check-in on his safety.  Do you think he is at high risk of self-harm?  If he is please call your local mental health crisis team (CATT team) and if you're worried about imminent danger to self, please call 000.  

You sound like you're doing all you can to help   You said you've tried doctors and specialists but they've not been able to help.  Has he seen a psychologist or psychiatrist yet?  Sorry to ask so sorry questions, I just wanted to check.
