Inattentive ADHD

Hi,
I have a daughter that’s almost 12 and just been diagnosed with the sun type inattentive ADHD. I was wondering if anyone has had experience with the Arrowsmith versus a Behavioral therapist cognition training? They both aim to have the same outcome but I’m more interested to hear the differences between them in terms of approach. Thank you
