Yes, yes, yes - it's free :-)
The Australian government recognises how important it is to support the mental health and wellbeing of our teenagers as early as possible.
They’ve funded ReachOut to work with TBS to develop and deliver coaching for parents free of charge for anyone caring for a teen.

Absolutely right @TBS-Coach1!

@taokat It sounds like you had a great experience of coaching.

That is awesome news @TBS-Coach1 So good to know this is available for everyone!!
Ok, we're getting close to finishing and I have heaps more to ask!! So can I quickly cover the logistical stuff?
Like: what equipment do you HAVE to have? It says laptop but can I just use my smartphone instead? And then how early and late in the day the sessions can be booked. So if I need to work can I do it before or after?

It was so easy to fit in to my schedule @Ngaio-RO. You get to choose the time for the coaching sessions, and it's an hour at longest, and you can just have one session or up to 4.

Yes, I really did @TBS-Coach1!

@taokat I get asked a lot from parents who are dealing with similar stuff to you, can coaching help my teenager when they have really complex, life-affecting issues? What would you say to that?
05-31-2017 07:28 PM
was going to ask a similar question @Ngaio-RO

and if coaching collaborates with a wider support network for some people
