Hi - I'm in exactly the same boat.  My 15 year old son is also smoking weed and was caught by dad last night with a bong hanging out of his bedroom window.  We're at our wits end. He has no interest in school and thinks he can come home when he pleases (we live 4 doors away). He's angry with us all the time for no reason, shuts himself in his room.
