Does my friend have to pay private school fees to his ex partner for their son on top of child support already paid? The school is not necessary it is just convenient as it is close to home. He has never signed to say he would since or before separation and he already pays 900 per month in child support for his son. The mothers ways have convinced the son to not spend time with his dad, so he doesn't. They are in contact and he sees him on average, once a month, the little guy is only 12, but not forced to see his dad/my friend if ue chooses not too. It's really sad. It would cost her about 3000 for 1 year of school fees as she works casually and recieves centrelink benefits also, entitling her to school concession fees, etc. for their son. ?
