You're right, it is great that he is attending school but it is concerning that he is not engaging with the work at all. You mentioned that he had some testing done. Are you still in touch with the professional that conducted the testing? Often recommendations are made which can help the child receive support tailored to their needs. Was this done in your situation? If not, it might be best to chat to a GP to explore your options. Also, the school might be able to offer some assistance in doing this too.
