I'm so glad you have found us here. I can see that the last year has been an incredibly tough one for yourself and your family.
It is perfectly understandable (and common) to feel frustrated, anxious, and sick at the thought of everything that is going on.
Carers of people with BPD can often find themselves the 'target' of challenging behaviours and there is only so much any person can take before it all feels completely too much.
You have put in some hard work to get some good support for your daughter, which I want to take a moment to acknowledge - it is not easy and can take many months of searching and trial and error.
Something that is important for carers of people with BPD is gradually putting in place some boundaries to protect their own wellbeing, too. Of course, this is often easier said than done.

For some people, having a support group can be a great way to connect with others, hear about strategies from those who understand best, and feel less alone in the caring journey

The BPD Foundation is a wealth of resources for both individuals with BPD as well as carers. The service directory can be especially helpful in finding some local supports.
I hope you have some good supports around you at this time. It is a full-time job (and sometimes a pretty thankless one) and you deserve to have supports that focus on your wellbeing, too. You are not alone in how you are feeling.
