Re: Advice with my teenage daughters

@Sister

What great advice about Mindfulness- I have done it in the past- but not made a habit out of it- this could be very useful to me right now.  I also see myself slipping away physically and putting on much weight in my grief and stress.  I really do need to learn to take better care of myself now.  Feels like everything but my daughter is on the back burner.  Work, husband, other daughter and mostly myself- except for the naps I can sneak in.

@amandanw

That would be so hard with your line of work- I have dared to picture the unimaginable only a couple times.  But you really see it.  I'm so sorry.  Finding the right support is our biggest saving grace right now.  We do get lots of support here.  I am taking to my daughter to either group or one on one support about 4  times a week.  The driving and therapy itself is exhausting for both of us but I really feel like its helping in a huge way.

@taokat  Thank you for all your amazing support and kindness
