Coaching session cancelled without warning

Has this happened to anyone else?  I am a newbie to this, logged in yesterday and watched my first coaching session video.  Got up for my 7.45am session and it had disappeared from the account.  Booked back in December so have been waiting a while.

I have booked another seen in two weeks but just wondering if I did something wrong somewhere?

Hi there @Loulou31, thank you for bringing this to the forum - it sounds like something went wrong at the tech end of things. How frustrating! 
I've raised this with the team and will get back to you ASAP.
