Today I'm grateful for,

•   The spring weather in town and  the formation of the clouds.
• Taking a ferry to the city.
• Feeling my fingers hitting the keys ( bit of Mindfulness)
• Putting down the thoughts and feelings on paper (keyboard / hyperspace) .
• Scrolling thru FB.
• Thinking about gratitude.

• my supportive cousins
• my cats
• happy memories
• laughing with my daughter

• Coffee
• Son try to go to school.
• Trying to change my mind!!!  to think of some grateful.
• the touch of the cloths on the skin and feeling the feet on the floor, fingers on the key board.
• sounds around me.
• Thank for somewhere to come and just chill out for a bit.
• hopeful of the things to come.
