Daughter's getting married

My daughter is getting married. She has refused to spend any yime with me before the wedding but states that she does want me to attend the wedding. The time before the wedding I feel as though I have earned through trials and tribulations in raising her as a single parent. She states that I am not entitled to that time. I feel our relationship will be non-existant after the wedding. Should I attend the wedding?

Re: Daughter's getting married

Hi @Charley  and thanks so much for reaching out about this. I can only imagine how incredibly painful this situation must be for you. I'm just wondering if you have any close people in your life that you could also talk to about this? I bet you'd be needing some support. Also, do you mind if I ask how old your daughter is?

Hope to hear back from you soon.
