What do you think of this idea to stop underage pregnancies?

It could be mandatory for all boys to get a vasectomy when they turn 13 and it can only be reversed when they turn 18 and after taking a course on parenting. This would prevent teen pregnancies and would take the stress off of girls worrying about getting pregnant.

Thank you for posing this very interesting and thought provoking question! Could you tell us a bit more about where this is happening? 

There is definitely a stress on teenage girls having to worry about potential pregnancy, what are your thoughts on this as a solution?
