@HarryNeate awesome suggestion -a really challenging situation that you've described. It would be really valuable to have a discussion and share ideas and support on this.
So thank you for this suggestion... We do have on in the pipeline around Communication with teens - so we could include this for sure.

Hey @gina-Ro, I'm thinking a discussion around finding the right support for teens and families could be useful.
"How did you find the right support services for your teen?" or something like that?
As a lighter topic I was thinking we could ask "What do you appreciate most about your teen?", or "What is your favourite trait in your teen?"
Are there any topics you'd like to see us run @sunflowermom, @Moonsie, @Olive?

A lighter topic could be around positive affirmations.
"What positive affirmations do you use to help you get through the tough times?"

Just this past week I started waking up in the morning putting my hand on my heart and saying, "Good Morning. I love you ! " to myself.
It feel strange but I like it.

I love that @sunflowermom! I have my little affirmations too, which made me wonder if others do too. So do you think it could be a good topic to run for a Topical Tuesday?

It looks like you’re visiting us from a country other than Australia.
We are an Australian service and think you’d benefit more from looking up a similar service in your country.
You are welcome to look around the forums, but please don’t make an account or post, as we can’t offer you the help you may need.
Before you go ahead and post, you should know that we remove non-Australian accounts – not because we don’t want to help or connect with you, but because we may not be able to provide you with the service that you require.
