Learn to meditate. It's just anxiety. Among other things, meditating just 10 mins a day will help you relax and not feel threatened all the time. At least it helped me a lot haha. Do it consistently. I do it in the mornings. It makes my days a loot better. Good luck!

Learn to meditate. It is a life changer. Just 10 mins a day is enough. for other purposes (learning to relax), and my ability to focus, to have a clear mind, was definitely heightened. Best of luck!

Hi, I just want to share that learning meditation was very helpful with calming my stress/anxiety and with my family relationships. It takes 10 minutes a day, and really makes everything better. It can be learnt virtually or in person. Just be consistent with it.
