I came across this neat poster while waiting at the hospital, maybe you've seen it before while you were waiting! I kinda like it, a good collection of tips. The website expands on each one.

 

I'm not sure how to rotate the pic! Never posted a photo before..

Hey @Schooner Thanks so much for sharing this. It's a good one.

We had similar ones at my old work that came out of Mental Health month one year.

 

One source of info that often goes untapped is the local council. They have funding for these types of initiatives and are often involved in one way or another. Jumping on your local council's website can often reveal where free meditation classes are, or MH seminars etc.

 

When I used to do free parenting seminars they were always in conjunction with several local councils and were promoted on their event calendars.

 

Might be worth checking out.
