The Mental Health Commission put on an event this week called "Growing Up Digital: Young people, technology and mental health. One of the guest speakers was our CEO Jonothan Nicholas who spoke about what parents can do to make the process of raising kids, in this digital age, a little less daunting.
Here's some highlights of his talk. I particularly like the point about teenagers being their actions rather than their words.
I thought I'd ask you guys what tips you have when it comes to technology. Have you come up with any great ways of managing how or where your teenager uses their electronics?
Let us know your fave tips.
