Self-care!
There's been a lot of talk about self-care recently in parents, with this content providing some information, ideas, and even a quiz all about self-care. It is so important for all of us, but especially as parents, to make time for ourselves and do those little things that make us feel happy and well.
To practice what we preach, this thread can be a place where we can reflect on what self-care activities we have done today, or are planning to do today! (It might also be a good place to come for some ideas..)
Finish the sentence
Today for self-care I .... or... Today for self-care I will...

I'll get it going ...
Today for self care I went for a walk ....without my phone! Gave my brain a nice little break.
@taokat @Amirah-RO @Lola-RO - what did you all do today for self-care?

Actually as with you @gina-Ro A lot of drama in my phone today, locked it away in my desk drawer for a while. Sometimes I actually miss the ipod days! Dislike that it's merged with my phone now. Keen to hear everyone elses

Today for self care I plan to track all of my eating ( I have been self medicating with too much sugar lately) . I also plan on taking a 1 hour nap when I come home from work.
