Today for self care I took a long hot salt bath and a comfy cozy 1 hour nap.

Told my daughter and son that after having to cook dinner and clean the kitchen for the last three days after I came home from work that it was some one else turn to cook!
My daughter has volunteered to make curry.
p.s. they are both at uni now I am not letting my 10 year old on the stove without supervision!!

@JAKGR8 singing loudly in the car is one of my favourite ways to self-care too! Especially on hectic days.
